Mandatory KYC & ID Verification

We are a registered Corporate Service Provider (CSP). Under the CSP Act and ACRA requirements, KYC verification is mandatory before virtual office services can be provided.

This requires a copy of the ID (NRIC or passport) and a live recorded video ID verification for all directors and shareholders. This is a mandatory legal requirements set by ACRA.

KYC verification covers up to five (5) individuals. An additional $10 per person applies from the 6th individual onwards.

By signing up, you consent to this mandatory verification. Services will only commence after KYC approval.

Failure to cooperate with KYC verification will result in no refund.

Prohibited Use of Our Services

We do not accept travel agencies, tour operators, reservation services, financial institutions, or other regulated entities that require a physical office. 

We also DO NOT accept businesses NOT registered in Singapore, use of the virtual address for personal or individual mail, or use of the virtual address as an operating, residential, or place-of-business address for the purpose of misleading the authorities such as Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in relation to registrations, work passes, or worker accommodation.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that any use of our services for the purposes stated above will result in immediate termination of service without any refund.
